Information For Authors

XI International Scientific and Technical Conference Radioengineering problems, signals, devices and systems

Do you want to report on this conference? We recommend you to read our editorial policy on the "About the Conference" page, as well as read the basic information about the conference on the main page.
Abstracts are submitted by e-mail in one of two languages - Ukrainian and English. The abstract consists of three full A4 pages, including figures, tables, references and a short annotation in 2 languages. Document format: * .doc (or * .docx).
The materials must follow the terminology adopted by the state standard; using a new term or abbreviation, they should be deciphered and explained.
The settings of the document page are given in table. 1.

You should type theses in the MS Word text editor (or a compatible text editor), Times New Roman font, single spacing. Placement and rules of text should be as follows:

- title of the thesis (in the center, in capital letters, Times New Roman, 14 pt, semi-rough, space after line 16 pt - style "Title of the thesis");

- surnames and initials of authors (in the center, Times New Roman, 14 pt, semi-rough italics - style "Authors"), academic degree, academic title, position, place of work (italics, space after line 10 pt - style "Institution");

- thesis text (Times New Roman, 14 pt, width alignment with automatic hyphenation - style "Plain text");

- subheadings (Times New Roman, 14 pt, center alignment, indent before and after line 5 pt, - subtitle style);

- list of references (Times New Roman, 12 pt - style "Literature") is submitted in the order of reference and must be drawn up in accordance with current regulations (for a sample design, see the conference website);

- short annotation in two languages: Ukrainian, English (Times New Roman, 12 pt - style "Literature").

Formulas, figures, tables, sections should have a simple Arabic numbering. Sections and formulas should not be numbered unless referenced in the text. Referring to a formula, figure, table or literature source, use the following notation respectively: (1), fig. 1, table. 1, [1].

Formulas and notations should be typed in the MathType formula editor as a separate object of size: variable - 14 pt, large index - 10 pt, small index - 8 pt, large symbol - 18 pt, small symbol - 14 pt; Cyrillic, Greek and numbers - straight, Latin - italics. The use of formulas in the form of images is not allowed. Formulas must be placed in the center (1), it is allowed to place formulas in a table with hidden boundaries. All notations used in the formula should be explained immediately after the formula.

Tables should be placed on the right and figures on the left. The numbering of the table should be aligned on the right edge. Tables can have a title placed above the table.

Place the figures in the table (without borders, left alignment, wrapping around), the minimum thickness of the lines in the image is 1.2 pt. Each drawing must be signed at the bottom (Times New Roman, 12 pt, in the center, space before and after the signature under the drawing 5 pt - style "Figure"). The inscriptions in the figure are made in a font size of 12 pt.

The list of references is drawn up in accordance with DSTU GOST 7.1: 2006, a sample design is available for download on the conference website, and should consist only of those sources that are referenced in the text of the document.

Also you should pay attention to the rules of hyphenation, short and long dashes, the editors suggest following the following rules: hyphen "-" (minus sign on the main or numeric keypad) is used to write complex words according to the Ukrainian spelling (WEB-design, purchase and sale ); a short dash "-" (right ctrl + "-" on the numeric keypad or alt + 0150) is used to indicate the range of values or distances (12-14, train Kiev - Moscow); a long dash "-" (right ctrl + alt + "-" numeric keypad or alt + 0151) is used as a dash in all spelling cases.

It should be noted that the mathematical sign "minus" differs from the short dash, because it must be in the middle of the number and have the width of the sign "+", for comparison: -2 (-2) -invalid, −2 - correct. To set the "-" sign, you need to dial 2212 and press Alt + x (similarly, you can get the short dash 2013 and Alt + x, as well as the long dash 2014 and Alt + x).

Materials submitted with deviations from the established requirements are not accepted for placement in the conference discussion field and subsequent publication.
